How to Use?
Using the TR2B platform is very straightforward. This guide explains the platform's main features and how to use them step by step. Whether you are a new member or an experienced user, this guide will help you.
You can quickly access all main sections from the TR2B top menu. The menu contains Products, Services, Companies, Categories, Sectors, Requests and many more sections. On mobile devices, the menu opens with the hamburger menu icon.
After logging in, you can access your dashboard. The dashboard provides a summary of all activities in your account: your company information, product/service counts, incoming requests, messages and notifications are displayed here.
You can perform quick actions from the dashboard: add a new product, add a new service, create a request or view your messages. Shortcut buttons are available for each action.
Using the search bar at the top of the platform, you can search for products, services, companies and more. Search results are filtered instantly and the most relevant results are shown first.
You can narrow down your search results with advanced filtering options. By using filters such as category, sector, location and price range, you can find exactly what you are looking for.
Click the "Add Product" button in your dashboard to add a new product. Enter the product name, description, category, price and images. Your products will be published on the platform after approval.
Adding a service follows a similar process. By entering the service type, description and details, you can showcase your services. A separate detail page is created for each service.
TR2B's internal messaging system allows you to communicate securely with other companies. You can send messages from a company or product/service page without sharing your e-mail address.
You can follow your messages from your dashboard or the notifications section. You will receive instant notifications when a new message arrives.
From the Requests section, you can announce your needs. Other companies can send quotes for your requests. This feature makes it easy to find the right supplier or business partner.
With the Favourites feature, you can save products, services and companies you like. You can quickly access your favourites from your dashboard.
The Reviews feature allows you to evaluate companies you have worked with. Positive reviews increase the trustworthiness of companies on the platform.
