How to manage your TR2B account settings? Profile editing, notification preferences, and account security.

Account Settings

TR2B account settings allow you to manage your profile, update security preferences and customise your notification settings. You can access account settings from your dashboard.

From your profile page, you can update your name, surname, e-mail address and profile photo. Keep your contact information up to date so that other companies can reach you correctly.

It is important to keep your contact information regularly up to date. Outdated information can lead to miscommunication and missed business opportunities.

To change your password, click "Change Password" in your profile settings. Enter your current password and your new password twice. Your new password must meet security requirements.

A strong password should be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Using a different password for each account prevents a password breach on one site from affecting your other accounts.

You can customise your notification preferences. You can choose to receive e-mail notifications, browser notifications or both.

Message notifications, request notifications, review notifications and system notifications can each be configured independently. You can turn off notifications you don't want to receive.

You can select Turkish or English as the platform language. The language preference applies to all texts on the platform, including menus, buttons and page contents.

Language changes take effect immediately and your preference is remembered for your next visit.

Your account settings are stored securely and are only accessible to you. Third parties cannot access your settings.

When you want to delete your account, you can use the account settings page. The account deletion process is permanent and all your data will be deleted.

If you experience any problems with a settings change, you can get help from the support team. The support team can assist you in resolving account settings issues.
